What changes the displayed amount
Optional add-ons
Each selected add-on has a fixed apartment price and extra time shown before submission. Its cost is split across active participants to the cent.
First cleaning
Each roommate first uses their available account balance toward their first-service share. Any remainder is submitted through that roommate's own Checkout for immediate payment. Some providers may briefly show an authorization while payment is confirmed. After all shares are paid, the leader chooses an available first service slot within 48 hours.
Plan duration
The first confirmed service starts a 189-day planning limit. The plan includes only complete service intervals that fit before that limit.
Later cleanings
Each recurring occurrence is paid before it is scheduled. There is no registration fee, requested tip or undisclosed Campus charge.
