- An eligible on-campus or off-campus student apartment in Greensboro, High Point or Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
- Roommate group
- Two, three, or four people sharing one clean. Other group sizes are not currently priced.
- Base service
- One focused 60-minute visit for accessible shared kitchen, bathroom and common living areas.
- Not included
- Private bedrooms and beds are excluded. Group size determines each roommate's fixed base price; cleaning time remains 60 minutes.
- Separate payments
- Each roommate pays only their own share. Selected add-ons are divided to the cent. No one has to pay the apartment total and collect money afterward.
- Personal account access
- Each payer receives personal credentials tied to the same address and unit. There is no shared password.
- Booking condition
- The organizer selects the first service Slot after every participant has paid in full and the group's accounts are prepared.

- Cleaner assignment
- A current passed background check is required before assignment. Verification is valid for 12 months; missing, failed or expired proof blocks dispatch.
- Price confirmation
- The base share, group total and every selected add-on's fixed apartment price and added time are shown before submission.
- Private recording
- Recording is on by default for accountability. Any verified roommate may turn it off; access is restricted and recordings are deleted after 30 days.
- Visit documentation
- The published report records checklist results, evidence, exceptions and work not reached during the available time.

One roommate chooses an eligible student apartment, enters the unit, selects the roommate count and chooses any clearly priced add-ons.

Pay each share
Every roommate receives a private link and pays only their own amount. New customers get account setup instructions after everyone pays.

Confirm a service date
After every share is paid, the organizer selects an eligible first service Slot within 48 hours.

Complete the focused visit
The cleaner works through accessible shared-area priorities for the booked 60 minutes. Selected add-ons extend the visit only by their displayed time.

Review the visit report
Verified apartment members can view the published checklist result, evidence, exceptions, maintenance reminders and support path in their account.
Pricing and payment
The full base price before you start.
The 60-minute base visit has a fixed per-person price for each supported group size. Each roommate pays their own amount.

First cleaning
Each roommate pays their displayed share at checkout. After everyone pays, new customers receive account setup instructions and the organizer selects the first available service Slot within 48 hours.
Recurring cleaning
For each later cleaning, the saved payment method is charged for each active roommate's displayed share before that cleaning is scheduled.
Add-ons and disclosed charges
Add-ons show a fixed apartment price and extra time before submission, then split evenly. BisonTidy does not request tips or charge a registration fee, and no undisclosed Campus charge is added.

24/7 online control
Verified roommates can check status, confirm an eligible date, control recording, pause, resume or cancel online whenever the booking stage allows.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free before arrival. If the cleaner arrives before work begins, a $25 apartment arrival fee is divided across the group.
Recording
Private visit recording is on by default. Any verified roommate may turn it off. Access is restricted, and recordings are deleted after 30 days.
Time and access
The base visit ends after 60 minutes. Unsafe or inaccessible work may be paused or excluded, and the report identifies exceptions.
Support
A complaint, missed-area request or report issue opens a support ticket with a 48-hour first-response deadline.
