Conditions that affect cost, privacy or timing
Cancellation
Eligible cancellation value is issued as account credit first; cash refunds are not automatic. After arrival but before work starts, one $25 apartment arrival fee is divided across active paid seats.
Recording
Private visit recording is on by default. Any verified roommate may turn it off. Access is restricted, with recordings scheduled for deletion 30 days after upload.

The base visit lasts 60 minutes. Unsafe or inaccessible work may be paused or excluded, and the visit report identifies exceptions.
Payment before scheduling
A cleaning date is not effective until required payments succeed and an available team and time are confirmed.
